PROCEDURE FOR Shipping

Shipping cost estimates and shipping time estimates are only estimates! Shipping times may vary, and lead times are never guaranteed.We have the lowest freight prices in the industry. Any free shipping promotion includes basic regular-ground shipping from our manufacturing and distribution points to your location within the contiguous 48 states. Any other charges incurred above and beyond the basic services of the Warehouse-Lighting chosen carrier (i.e.inside delivery, lift gate services, etc.) will be billed directly to the customer. Residential deliveries of LTL shipments are excluded and must be quoted.

Shipping charges are calculated on weights and dimensions of your shipment and the type of shipping service required. Your total shipping cost will be estimated during the checkout process (or by a sales consultant). Actual shipping costs may vary.

Do not refuse to accept delivery of any shipment! Doing so will result in additional costs to the customer. If the customer changes the freight destination at any point after original order is placed a re-consignment fee will be charged to said customer.

Note that LED World has inventory throughout the UAE and product will be shipped from the closest availability point. This may result in orders being split. The online shipping estimator or the sales consultant will calculate the freight cost this way. During check out, you have the option to include special shipping instructions. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Additional shipping charges will apply when shipping outside the 48 contiguous UAE.

Shipping for certain cities and country will be quoted per order. Promotions do not apply!

Orders shipping to Canada or other locations outside the UAE which may be subject to duty and customs fees will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Outdoor Lighting: Waterproof LED strips are perfect for outdoor use, whether to light up your garden, deck, or patio. They’re a great way to extend your outdoor activities into the evening.
5. DIY Projects: Get creative with LED strips. You can use them in DIY projects like customizing your PC case, creating unique signage, or even fashioning your own ambient headboard.

Step 2

When selecting LED strips, consider factors like color temperature, brightness, and waterproofing, especially if you plan to use them outdoors. Additionally, look at the ease of installation, as some LED strips come with adhesive backing for simple setup.

RETURN POLICY

Please make sure the item you order is the item you need and the item you receive item listed below that are non-returnable will be not refunded.

Do not refuse to accept delivery of any shipment. Doing so may result in adding non-refundable additional; shipping and restocking costs.

All return requests must be submitted to warehouse lighting within 30 days of receipt. No returned product will be credited without a prior return authorization. Any return authorization requested after the 10th day will be declined and no refund will be issued. Do not return anything without a return authorization. Do not return any items directly to the manufacturer. Doing so may result in adding non-refundable charges.

Non-Returnable items

• Lighting poles and light pole components (mounts, bullhorns, etc.).
• Architectural lighting fixtures and decorative lighting fixtures.
• Any items that have been used, installed, wired or altered in any way, including but not limited to fixtures, lamps, components, controls, sensors, switches, emergency drivers, etc.
• Any items that are not in their original packaging.
• Any items modified from original state or condition, for example changing voltage or adding sensors, cords, controls, etc.
• Custom-made, painted, built- or assembled-to-order, or specially designed fixtures.
• Any items that have had any installation or special wiring work done, either at the factory or post-manufacture.
• Eco-lit, Legrand, Lumibright etc brand fixtures.
• Any item under AED 25.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping charges

As the customer, you are solely responsible for arranging return shipping and all shipping costs associated with the return. Consider using a traceable shipping service (like UPS) or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
